A Case of Cutaneous Necrotizing Vasculitis

Abstract

|
|
Necrotizing vasculitis or angiitis is a term applied to disorder in which there is segmental inflammation with fibrinoid necrosis of the blood vessels; the vascular damage may be mediated by immunologic or inflammatory mechanism.
We experienced a case of cutaneous necrotizing vasculitis in a 42-year-old female patient who had multiple central necrotic area with hemorrhagic bullae peripherally on the both lower leg. dorsum of hand, forearm and buttock.
On clinically, histopathologically and direct immunofluorescence studies confirmed cutaneous necrotizing vasculitis. culitis.
Literatures were briefly reviewed.
